What if I didn’t receive a text message invitation?
 

If you did not receive a text message inviting you to download CareGuidePro™, check your email for your invitation. Then, click the link sent to your email and enter your email address as your username.

What if I didn't receive an email or a text message?
 

If you cannot find an email invitation, try checking your SPAM folder. Some medical practices do not send your invitation until about a month before your scheduled procedure. You may receive your invitation via text or email at that time.

Can I use CareGuidePro™ on my tablet?
 

Absolutely! Some helpful hints—

  1. Follow the same Login Help instructions listed for your device type. 

  2. Make sure you are logged into the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your iPad or tablet and search for CareGuidePro™.

  3. If you were invited via text message, you’ll need access to your phone to view your verification code.

  4. If you were invited via email, you’ll need to be logged into your email on your tablet and enter this email address when requreste.

How can I reset my password?
 

From the mobile phone app, tap SIGN IN, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your CareGuidePro™ account and tap RESET PASSWORD. Follow the instructions sent to you.

I tried resetting my password and received a message telling me there is no associated CareGuidePro™ account.
 

Your account may be under a different email address or mobile phone number. Try resetting your password again using the email address or mobile phone number your doctor’s office would have on file.

Why should I allow CareGuidePro™ to send me push notifications?
 

Push notifications sent to your mobile device or iPad/tablet from CareGuidePro™ will remind you to complete tasks, direct you to educational materials, and alert you to important messages. If you do not allow push notifications, you will not receive these messages to keep you on track throughout your Spinal Cord Stimulator journey with Medtronic.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account and all information associated with your account. From the home screen, tap “More” on the bottom navigation bar, then tap "Profile" from the list that appears on your screen. Tap Delete Account and confirm by tapping DELETE.
